For Reachy Mini, support is handled on our Discord.
Use the /eta command on the Discord community ! Type /eta invoice_number (e.g. /eta 3456) or /eta and select your purchase date

You just have to type the command /eta + your invoice number in one of the Discord channels and press enter. Don’t worry it will appear just for you, others won’t see your message.

In which channel are you trying to send your command ? Try in an open channel, such as Reachy Mini > Support or Discussion.
