Delivery Address Issue with Reachy Mini

Hi Pollen/Reachy Team

My issue is related to delivery address. My company name has been accidentally copied on to delivery address, which has lead to my delivery being blocked by the importer. I tried contacting the official support but got no response from the email yet. Who / where is the correct place to get the name changed? Address is correct and importer wishes for this to be corrected from your end.

Apologies if I posted on the wrong thread or place. But need your help guys.
