I have almost no knowledge can someone point me in the right direction? Such as low cost free education resources for programming, hardware, ROS project management and putting together a team?

Learn Python for Robotics is a page one of our students wrote in their python learning process.
As for project management and putting a team together that is as deep as any of the Robotics skills. Perhaps connect with an MBA student or program?
