Hi Reachy Team,
I am finding that the mobile base power button does not turn on, preventing the rest of the robot from powering on.
The only case I can get it to turn on is if: 1) the mobile base is connected to the charger; 2) the E-stop is ARMED (i.e. motors powered); and 3) pressing the power button.
When disconnected from the charger, the LED screen does not show anything.
This did not happen when the robot first arrived, but happened after we tried to charge the robot once. Is it a problem if we leave the charger connected on the DC end, and disconnect at the AC end? What is the safe procedure for disconnecting the charger?
